What becomes available from month to month on Netflix often changes. Unfortunately, this may affect your go-to comedy programs to disappear unexpectedly. And isn’t that is the absolute worst? When you are expecting to watch one of your favorite go-to programs, but then you find it is gone! I have some good news, there are those bundle of good comedy picks that never really rotate out of the Netflix line up.

Here are my top Netflix shows, movies, and specials that I never get sick of.

Included are some new finds I have come across as well. You know, for those times when you are craving the type of laughter that makes you want to pee something fierce.

Trailer Park Boys

Trailer Park Boys is a documentary-style comedy about the inhabitants of Sunnyvale Trailer Park, located in the  province of Nova Scotia, Canada. The show follows the attempts of 3 of Sunnyvale’s residents, Ricky, Julian, and Bubbles, as they attempt to make money through various illegal (or as they call it- greasy) get-rich-quick schemes. I completely admire the show’s creativity and because of that it is my absolute favorite show right now on Netflix. I have watched this off and on over the years but recently, have been obsessed. The later seasons are so funny, I can’t take it. Season 10 was great but not as great as season 11! The Trailer Park Boys franchise includes 10 TV seasons, three feature films, and several one-hour specials! You can also watch exclusive content on the Boys’ online network, SwearNet.com , listen to the Trailer Park Boys Podcast on iTunes, and watch awesome free content on their official YouTube channel!

Hot Fuzz

hott fuzz

You may have seen your fair share of parodies but this one stands above the rest. Nick Frost and Simon Pegg have teamed up many times before and many times after this, and I can’t stop watching them! Pegg plays Nicholas Angel, a London cop forced to take a position in a small village called Sanford. He soon begins to realize that the unfortunate events and “accidents” that keep happening in town are no accident at all, leading to a bloody standoff between Angel and those who have a truly warped way of maintaining “the greater good.” Made by people who love action films for people who love action films, it’s a comedic masterwork by comedic masterminds!

Bob’s Burgers

Bob's Burgers

Not many people know this but Bob’s Burgers was originally written about a family of cannibals. Which is why Bob’s Burgers begins strong right out of the gate, with a pilot called “Human Flesh”. However, Fox re branded the show away from the family of cannibals idea but with all the dark comedy intact. Bob Belcher and his family run a struggling burger joint. Core characters are Bob’s kids, butt-obsessed Tina Belcher, fart-obsessed Gene and trouble making Louise. The dynamic is a classic recipe for success and there are plenty of seasons available on netflix for a binge filled weekend ahead!

Tucker & Dale Vs. Evil

tucker and dale

This first fell under the category of indie comedy and has rose quickly to cult classic status. This comedic horror is both bloody and hilarious. Alan Tudyk and Tyler Labine star as two hillbilly idiots that mean well. They get pulled into a nightmare scenario when a group of coeds think they’re trying to kill them. In a series of events that escalates in violence, Tucker and Dale try to do the right thing while managing to stay alive in the process. If you are looking for the off-the-beaten-path comedy, this one is the one to watch. Everything you think goes wrong, does. But they mean well!

The Office

the office

If you haven’t heard or seen the office before, you must have been living under a rock. I love these documentary style comedies and this is another one of my favorites. From Deedle-Dee Productions, Reveille and Universal Television, the multi-award-winning comedy series “The Office” presents a hilarious documentary-style look at the humorous plagues of the 9-to-5 world. Based on the award-winning BBC hit, “The Office” is a fly-on-the-wall “docu-reality” parody of modern American office life that delves into the lives of the workers at Dunder Mifflin, a paper supply company in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Sounds boring, right? It is FAR from boring, as it uses the boring world of the corporate 9-to-5 atmosphere and looks at it from a different side, making is hilarious. If it weren’t for Michael Scott or Dwight, the two core hilarious characters, this show just wouldn’t work. But It DOES work, brilliantly.

  5. I’d recommend Coupling – it’s a British sitcom that looks at the love lives of three men and three women. I have never laughed so hard in my life! Also “An Idiot Abroad,” which is the brainchild of Ricky Gervais. Both have had me laughing until I was crying.

  6. The Office is a favorite in my household but I will check out a couple of the ones you mentioned. There is so much to choose from.
